Adam Ashby

Overview

Adam Ashby is the newest addition to our criminal defense Drug lawyer team and he brings with him the dedication and perseverance necessary to best serve his clients.

Adam understands that each case is unique, and strives to determine the best possible defense for the individual. Adam worked with our Drug lawyer criminal defense team before becoming a licensed attorney and was able to gain inside knowledge of the drug crime defense practice and court proceedings through this experience.

Adam completed initial intake for potential drug crime defense clients, which allowed him to obtain first-hand experience in determining the specific legal needs of each client.

He received his JD from Arizona State University and is licensed to practice in the state of Arizona. As an attorney, Adam works hard to ensure that each client receives the attention and service they deserve.

Education and Honors

Adam earned his Associates degree from Brigham Young University in 2011, then graduated Suma Cum Laude from Utah Valley University in 2013 with a BS degree in Political Science. After completing his first year of law school at Texas A&M School of Law, he received his J.D. degree from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, ASU, in 2017.

Legal Experience

Prior to joining the Firm, Adam worked as a Law Clerk, focusing his efforts in the area of criminal law while also assisting in other areas. Adam also worked as an intern with Senator Jeff Flake, where he assisted legislative staff with drafting constituent mail, research and writing projects.

Personal Interests

Prior to his schooling, Adam lived in Spain for two years and fluently speaks and writes Spanish. When he’s not working Adam enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing and watching sports. Adam and his wife, Vianca, have two children, Charly and Sunny.
